Thank You's

New Year's Wishes

There is something to be said about the magic that is the holiday season in Central Florida.  Warm enough to wear shorts, golf or fish and still have the twinkling lights of the holidays gracing our palm trees, evergreens, and wide and shady Live Oaks.J0289531

For some, this season was the toughest ever financially, but we've encountered many filled with a spirit of optimism for 2009.  The promise of a fresh start, a new president, the call for civility in the face of bold new changes in our futures ... We promise to do better, try harder, and make ourselves as indispensable to you as the image of babies are to New Year's celebrations

With the warmest wishes this holiday season to all of our customers, Realtor® colleagues, community leaders and activists, and especially to all of our compassionate friends, without whom we would not achieve the the most gratifying part of honest real estate brokering: Our mutual success.

Another Happy Customer

From another customer of our increasing base of satisfied homeowners.

"Hi Darhlene.  I checked the web page, the virtual tour and the photos and they are absolutely beautiful.  You have done an excellent job.  I will show them to my parents. Thank you, great job."

Just in Time for Spring

Do you like Thank You cards? I do. I got one just in time for Easter from a client with whom I worked for six months! A pre-foreclosure too. It was a bear of a deal, unlike the cute bunny I received on my card. But in the end, I got my buyer exactly what he was looking for and at a fantastic price.

Jamespeck20080325_4 The home I helped him buy was a generous 1,794 square feet.  With three bedrooms, two baths, a free pool table with cues, and a backyard facing the preserve, it was a magnificient deal at only $170,000. On top of that I helped to ensure the buyer received a minimum equity of $50,000 walking into his just cleaned home. Even in today's credit-crunched society, that's amount is tough to achieve.

Pre-foreclosures are in full swing in Poinciana and aren't going to go away until after this year's presidential elections. They're tough to close and will get you in trouble if you're not working with an experienced agent. If you're ready to buy a pre-foreclosure, contact me. I'll make sure you get everything you're looking for in a home and the best deal in Poinciana. Guaranteed Darhlene.
